Limitations
Module Limitations & Exclusions
To keep the Base Plan lightweight and cost-effective, specific enterprise modules are excluded. If your clinic requires in-house dispensing or clinical laboratory automation, consider upgrading to our higher tiers.
No Laboratory Module
Does not include LIS catalog management, barcode printing, parameter tracking, or lab device interfaces.
No Pharmacy Module
Does not support pharmaceutical inventory tracking, stock adjustments, batch tracking, or pharmacy checkout queues.

Includes Azure cloud server hosting, SSL certificate, automated daily backups & 24/7 monitoring.
